Working as a collaborative art duo, Nora Ligorano and Marshall Reese
manipulate images, audio, and text from old media combined with the new. Their
pursuit is an ongoing investigation into the impact of technology on culture and the
associations and meanings that the media brings to images, language and speech in
politics. Nearly a decade after development, their work continues to appear in
multiple galleries and exhibitions and has received many awards and grants.
