A filmmaker and visual artist, he received his BA in Film and Video Production from Pennsylvania State University, studied fine painting at the New School, and screenwriting at NYU. Loui spent seven years working for a Pennsylvania production company, Filmspace, where he helped to produce over 50 documentaries, commercials, and local music videos. His last three independent short films have won many awards, premiered at NYC Film Festivals and have screened at Film Festivals in Europe, Asia, South America, the United States, and Canada.
